We come to you in the Lisbon area within 48 hours. In Porto, Braga, Coimbra and Leiria we visit by appointment. Everywhere else, we post you a free kit.

We measure and cut.
When we meet you, the cut is done by a professional and costs you nothing. By post, we explain step by step how to tie before cutting.

You get paid.
In person, on the spot, once the hair has been weighed in front of you. By post, within 48 hours of it arriving and being valued.

What we accept
- 30 cm or more, measured from the nape to the tip
- Natural hair, never coloured or bleached
- A ponytail tied before it is cut
- From 50 g, ideally 100 g
- Hair shorter than 30 cm
- Chemically straightened or relaxed hair
- Badly damaged or brittle hair
- Hair already cut loose, never tied
Coloured or highlighted hair can be accepted, at a markedly lower value. We explain why under what we accept.

Do you speak English?
Yes. Write to us in English and we answer in English. Nothing about the process changes.
What is the minimum length?
Thirty centimetres, measured from the nape to the tip, on dry hair.
Do I pay anything for the cut?
No. The visit, the valuation and the cut are free, even if you decide not to sell.
