Privacy policy
We collect only what is needed to answer a valuation request and complete the transaction: first name, contact details, hair characteristics and photos. Nothing is sold, nothing is shared for advertising, and everything is deleted after twelve months if no transaction takes place.
Who processes your data

This is the entity that receives form submissions and emails, and that determines the purposes and means of processing — not the brand owner.

The photos
The photos you send are personal data and are treated as such: encrypted storage, access restricted to whoever carries out the valuation, and automatic deletion after twelve months if no transaction takes place. They are not published, not used in any promotional material, and not shared with third parties without your written permission given specifically for that purpose.
Your rights
