How it works, step by step
Five steps: a valuation request with photos, a range the same day, an agreed way to collect, the measuring and the cut, and payment. Nothing is charged at any stage and nothing binds you until the hair is cut.
1Ask for a valuation
Send three photos — one from behind, one from the side, one strand in daylight — and roughly how long it is. You do not need to measure precisely yet.
2We give you a range
Same day, with the reasons behind it. If the photos show colour you had not mentioned, we say so now rather than in your living room.
3We agree how to collect
Your home in the Lisbon area, a scheduled visit in Porto, Braga, Coimbra or Leiria, or a free postal kit anywhere else in the country.
4We measure and cut
We measure with a tape, check the colour and the fibre in daylight, and tell you the final figure before the scissors come out. If you accept, we tie the hair in sections, cut, and weigh it in front of you.
5You get paid
In person, on the spot, in cash or by MB Way. By post, within 48 hours of the hair arriving and being valued. We never take hair away to weigh it somewhere else.
What happens if you change your mind
Nothing. You can stop at the photo stage, the evening before, or with the tape measure already in our hands. No travel charge, no valuation fee, and no follow-up calls in the days after.
