Capilissa buys natural hair from private sellers across Portugal. It is a brand of Pilar e Essência, Unipessoal Lda, a company registered in Portugal under tax number 519560310.
Why we say who we are
Buying hair from private sellers runs entirely on trust. Someone who lets us into her home is letting in a stranger and making a decision that cannot be undone. The least we owe her is to be identifiable: a registered company, a tax number she can check, and a contact that is answered.
If you have moved here recently, that matters more than it would at home. You cannot read the reviews, you do not know the names, and the usual signals are missing. So: we do not approach anyone in the street, we do not buy at school gates, and we do not buy from anyone under 18. If someone does any of that in our name, it is not us.
What happens to the hair
The hair we buy is washed, detangled, sorted by length and tone, and prepared to be made into extensions and wigs. Part of it is sold to professionals in the trade. We do not resell it as it arrives and we do not export it raw.
Your name is never attached to the material. The photos you send are for the valuation and nothing else: they are not published, not shared, and are deleted after twelve months if no sale takes place.
What we guarantee in writing
- The valuation, the visit and the cut are free, even if you pull out at the end
- The figure is given before the cut, never after
- The hair is weighed in front of you
- Payment on the spot, in cash or by MB Way
- For postal sales, the hair is returned at our expense if you decline the figure
- No follow-up calls after a no
