Why we do not come to everyone
Because we would rather tell the truth than promise what we cannot keep. Offering home visits nationwide would mean appointments three weeks out and cancellations at the last minute, which is worse than not offering it at all.
So we match the method to the distance. Where we work daily, we come to you within 48 hours. Where we travel in rounds, we book set days. Everywhere else, the postal route settles it within the same week.
What does not change, whichever applies
The valuation is free and commits you to nothing. The minimum length is 30 cm from the nape to the tip. The figure is always given before any payment — and, where there is a cut in person, before the cut. We do not buy from anyone under 18, and we cannot take chemically straightened hair.
And in all three, if you do not agree with the figure there is no sale: in person we stop there at no cost to you, and at a distance we return the hair at our expense.
