Terms and conditions
The valuation, the visit and the cut are free and create no obligation to sell. The figure is given before the cut, and payment is made at the collection or within 48 hours of a postal delivery being valued.

Valuation
- The estimate given on the site or by message is indicative and binds neither party.
- The final figure is set at the valuation, with the hair present or after it is received.
- The valuation, the travel and the cut carry no cost, even if no sale follows.
Conditions of acceptance
- Minimum length of 30 cm, measured from the nape to the tip.
- No chemical straightening or relaxing.
- Hair tied into a ponytail before it is cut, tips all facing the same way.
- Minimum age of 18, checked at collection.
Payment
- In person: on the spot after weighing, in cash or by MB Way.
- By post: bank transfer within 48 hours of arrival and valuation.
- No deferred payments, advances or delayed transfers.
- No bank details are requested before the hair has arrived and the figure is agreed.
Disagreement over the figure
If the valuation differs from what was estimated, we send you the photos and the recorded weight with the reason, and propose a revised figure. You are free to refuse: the hair is then returned at our expense, without conditions.
Withdrawal
Nothing binds you until the hair is cut. Once cut, received and paid for, the transaction is final: the material cannot be restored to its previous state. That is precisely why the figure is always given before the cut, and confirmed before payment.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal under Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014 protects a consumer who acquires goods or services from a trader, at a distance or off-premises. Here the relationship runs the other way: you sell the hair and Capilissa buys it. That regime therefore does not apply to you directly, and it would be dishonest to advertise a fourteen-day period the law does not give you in this position.
We take equivalent commitments in writing instead. Until the hair is cut, nothing binds you. Once a parcel has arrived, the figure is given before any payment and, if you do not agree, the hair is returned at our expense, without conditions. We never ask for bank details before the figure is agreed.
If we were ever to sell you goods or a service at a distance — which is not what this site is for — the fourteen-day period would then apply, with the exceptions those rules provide.
